Michael Hunter

Michael Hunter (Ph.D. Princeton University) is Assistant Professor of Chinese Literature at Yale University, where he teaches and researches various aspects of early Chinese culture with a focus on literature and intellectual history. His publications include Confucius Beyond the Analects (Brill, forthcoming 2016) and a series of articles and book chapters on early Chinese texts. He has a strong interest in the Digital Humanities and co-directs the “Ten Thousand Rooms” online project at Yale.
